- Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of the session. We will review your concern and, at our sole discretion, may offer a partial credit, complimentary follow-up session, or other resolution.
- Remedy Packages: Fees for spiritual remedy packages or multi-session bookings are non-refundable once the service has begun. Unused sessions in a package may be transferable by agreement.
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our practitioners:
- 24+ hours notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment can be rescheduled at no charge. A full refund may be provided at our discretion.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may forfeit the session fee, as the appointment slot cannot typically be filled at short notice.
- No-show: If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the session fee will not be refunded.
- Emergency circumstances: We will always consider genuine emergency situations compassionately. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend due to an emergency.
